Contact

One address for everything, and how long a reply takes

Write to usastrum.horary@gmail.com

Response time

E-mails are answered within 24 hours; this can stretch over weekends and public holidays. Anything to do with a payment is handled first.

Including your order number or the e-mail address you used at checkout speeds things up considerably — records are found by one of those two fields.

Where to write for what

Some matters have their own page, and going through it is faster for you as well as for us:

I paid but my reading never arrived
Start with I Paid, No Reading: it matches your payment to your record and re-sends the reading. If that does not resolve it, write to astrum.horary@gmail.com with the same details.
I want to reach my past readings
Enter your e-mail on My Past Readings and a single-use sign-in link is sent to you. There is no password.
Refunds and the right of withdrawal
The terms are set out on Cancellation & Refund Terms. Send your request to astrum.horary@gmail.com from the e-mail address you paid with.
My personal data
For access, correction and deletion requests, see the procedure on the Privacy & Data page; applications go to the same address.

Corrections to articles

If you spot a technical error, a wrong date or a missing source in one of the guide articles, please tell us. The astrological literature contains genuinely contested points, and some rules are not applied uniformly even within the tradition — we are glad to explain which reading we chose and why.

When an article is corrected its last updated date changes; we do not fix things quietly and leave the date as it was.

Press, partnerships and everything else

Interviews, content partnerships, technical questions and advertising enquiries use the same address. Just say in the subject line what it is about.
