2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the parties’ rights and obligations, in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the digital content whose qualities and sale price are stated below and which the Buyer orders electronically from the Seller’s website horaryastrum.com.

A pack is a balance of reading credits tied to the Buyer’s e-mail address, valid without expiry. One credit is spent on each new question. The current price is always shown on the payment screen.
4. General Provisions and Delivery
- ◆The Buyer declares that they have read and understood, on the horaryastrum.com website, the preliminary information on the essential qualities of the service, the sale price, the method of payment, and delivery, and that they have given the required confirmation electronically.
- ◆The digital service is performed electronically immediately after payment is approved by the relevant payment institution, and the text of the interpretation is sent to the e-mail address given by the Buyer. Delivery typically completes within 2-3 minutes. There is no physical delivery.
- ◆If the interpretation does not arrive by e-mail, the Buyer may request redelivery through horaryastrum.com/en/odedim or by writing to astrum.horary@gmail.com.
- ◆The service is fully automated: the chart and the verdict are computed by a deterministic rule engine running on the server, and the AI only writes the text of that verdict. The service does NOT include a live consultation, a one-to-one session or personal advisory of any kind, and is for information and entertainment only.
5. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (IMPORTANT)
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, “contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer” fall within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. The Buyer irrevocably acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that the service purchased is digital content and that, because it is delivered instantly, no right of withdrawal exists.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service purchased is entirely for informational, entertainment, and personal-development purposes. The astrological interpretations produced carry no certainty; they do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological counsel. The Buyer is solely responsible for the decisions they make.
7. Resolution of Disputes
In the application of this agreement and in any disputes that may arise, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller are competent up to the value announced each year by the Ministry of Trade; for disputes above that value, the Consumer Courts are competent.
8. Entry into Force
When the Buyer completes payment for the order placed through the site, they are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
