Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Legal Notice)
The services offered through Astrum are, under the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, of the nature of “services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer”. For this reason, the digital content purchased carries no legal right of withdrawal, and no statutory refund can be made.
1. Situations in Which a Refund Is Not Possible
Because the service is personalised digital data consumed instantly, refund requests are not considered in the following cases:
- ◆The interpretation has been displayed successfully on screen.
- ◆The user asked the question incorrectly, or the result did not meet their expectations.
- ◆Subsequent denial of the service's entertainment and informational nature.
2. Exceptional (Technical) Situations in Which a Refund Can Be Made
In the interest of customer satisfaction, Astrum operates a refund process only for technical faults originating from the system:
- ◆Payment was collected, yet the interpretation never reached the e-mail address given, due to a technical fault (server crash, API error, e-mail delivery failure, etc.).
- ◆A duplicate (multiple) payment was charged in error by the system for the same transaction.
3. Refund Request Process
If you experience one of the technical problems described above, you must contact us within 3 days at the latest from the date of payment:

Required information: the e-mail address used for payment, the date of payment, and details of the problem.
After your request is reviewed and found justified, the refund is credited directly to the credit/debit card you paid with within 5–10 business days.
4. About the Nature of the Service
Astrum is a fully automated digital astrology interpretation service: the chart and the verdict are computed by a deterministic rule engine running on the server, and the AI only writes the text of that verdict. It does not include a live consultation, a one-to-one session, or personal advisory of any kind. The interpretations offered are for information and entertainment only. They do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. The user is deemed to have accepted this before purchase.
