What a credit is and how it is spent
One credit = one reading. The moment you ask, your chart is cast, the reading is written and it is sent to your inbox. One credit comes off your balance.
- How do you see your balance?
- Type your e-mail address on this page and the remaining credits appear straight away. It also shows in the payment box and in the My Past Readings panel.
- How do you spend one?
- If you hold a credit the payment box never opens. You write your question and press Ask the Stars; the button says a credit will be spent, so pressing it is the confirmation.
- Same account, same e-mail
- Credits are attached to an e-mail address, not a password. Whichever address you used to buy the pack is the one you need to use when asking — the balance lives there.
There are two kinds of credit and they do not open the same thing
This distinction bears directly on the purchase, so here it is plainly.
- A purchased pack credit → a Flash reading
- Credits bought on this page open the same tier as the single ₺19.90 reading: the text written by Gemini 2.5 Flash. The chart calculation, the significators and the verdict come from exactly the same code — the only thing that differs is the model writing the prose.
- A gift credit → a Pro reading
- Credits given as part of a campaign, a referral or as compensation open the ₺49.90 Pro tier (Gemini 2.5 Pro). A longer, more detailed reading.
- Which is spent first?
- Gift credits are spent first. The reason is simple: so you get the better reading sooner, and the credit you actually paid for stays in your balance.
Do they expire? Can they be refunded?

- There is no expiry date on your balance. Come back in six months and your credits are still there.
- A failed delivery does not burn a credit
- If delivery fails for any reason the reading is sent again; it is not regenerated and not charged again. If it never arrived, report it from the 'I Paid, No Reading' page.
