How Astrum Works

This is Astrum's most important design decision. Send the same chart to a language model twice and you can get two different results — when we tested, one said “Yes” and the other “No” for the same chart. On a fortune-telling site that's tolerable; in an answer someone paid for, it isn't.

The solution was to take the decision out of the model's hands. The classical horary rules — is the aspect between the significators applying, is the aspect hard, is there counter-testimony — were written into Python code. The model plays no part in the verdict; it explains, in plain language, a result it was handed.

Quick Reading — ₺19,90

A full six-paragraph reading: the state of both significators, the critical aspect and approximate timing, the Moon's next aspect and a clear verdict. Enough for most questions.

Detailed Reading — ₺49,90

Eight to nine paragraphs and a technical pre-analysis layer: dignity levels, retrograde and combustion checks, mutual reception, whether the Moon is void of course, and a concrete step drawn from the chart. For complex or high-stakes questions.

Follow-up Reading — ₺49,90

A short reading from the same chart focused on a single detail. “When will this happen?”, “should I make the first move?” and the like. No new chart is cast — your first question's chart is read more deeply.

Credit packs

If you ask often, packs of 5, 10, 20 or 100 readings are bought at once. On later questions the payment screen never appears; it's deducted from your balance.

We want to keep this section honest, because saying “nothing is stored” would be easy but untrue. Some data is kept for the system to work:

Location — not stored

Latitude and longitude are used only to compute the chart. A location label (“Current Location”) remains inside the computed chart; your raw coordinates are not written to a separate record.

Question and reading — 90 days

Your question, the computed chart and the generated reading are kept for 90 days. This is needed to send the reading by e-mail, generate follow-ups, resolve “I paid, it didn't arrive” cases and show your past readings on the /gecmis page. After 90 days it is deleted automatically.

E-mail address — indefinitely

Your e-mail address is kept permanently to track your credit balance and to avoid giving the same person a second free reading. Alongside it, how many readings you've had and the title of your last question are recorded.

Card details — we never see them

Payment happens entirely on Shopier. Your card number, expiry date and CVV never reach Astrum's servers at any stage.

If you want your data deleted, just reply to the e-mail your reading came in. Full details are on the Privacy page.

On the Shopier payment page, use the same e-mail address you entered on the site. The system matches your payment by this address; if you type a different one, the payment goes through but the reading won't reach you automatically.

Check spam first

Because reading e-mails contain rich HTML, some providers may put the first one in spam. If you find it, marking it "not spam" rescues the later ones.

If it took more than 3 minutes

During busy hours, generation can be delayed. If it's been over 10 minutes, use the /odedim page.

If you typed the wrong e-mail

If you mistyped the address when asking, the reading goes to that address. Reply to whichever address it reached and let us know; we'll fix it.
